Privacy statement

This statement is about the details you give us through this website. For the data customers keep in TOOR itself, we make a data processing agreement with each customer. The Dutch version of this statement prevails.

Which details and why

When you request a demo account, we keep your name, company name, email address, phone number (if you fill it in), the number of people in your business and your message. We only use them to contact you, set up a demo account and answer your questions about TOOR. The basis is your request for contact: without these details we cannot do that.

We do not send newsletters or advertising unless you ask for them separately, and we do not sell your details.

Who helps us

• Cloudflare: runs this website and checks the form for spam (Turnstile).
• TOOR itself: your request becomes a lead in our own TOOR environment, on servers in Frankfurt (Render and Neon), with files in the EU (Cloudflare R2).
• TransIP: our mailboxes, in the Netherlands.
• Postmark: sends TOOR's own emails, such as the invitation to your demo account.
• Anthropic: our AI assistant helps us prepare a reply to your request. A person reads it before it is sent to you.

We have agreements with each of them on protecting your details. Some are based in the United States; transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long

If you do not become a customer, we delete your details no later than 12 months after our last contact. If you do, we keep them while you are a customer and then as long as the law requires (7 years for invoices).

Cookies

This website uses no cookies to follow you and no advertising or analytics services. Fonts are served from our own server. Cloudflare's spam check only looks at whether a person filled in the form.

Your rights

You may see, correct or delete your details, and object to their use. Email sales@toorsoftware.com; we answer within a month. If you disagree with us, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
