Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of TOOR, the software of Toor Software, Torensteelaan 108 T, Numansdorp, KVK 95198318. TOOR is meant for businesses. The Dutch version of these terms prevails.

1. Subscription

TOOR is a monthly subscription, as the Basic or Complete plan, with one user included. Extra users are paid per month. Prices are on this website and exclude VAT.

2. Demo account

A demo account is free and meant to look at TOOR. We may close a demo account after a reasonable period. Do not keep data in a demo account that you cannot lose.

3. Hypercare

The hypercare package is a one-off service: personal guidance when you start, help moving your data over and connecting your other software, and priority on your questions in the first weeks. The price is on this website.

4. Payment

The subscription is paid monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel any month, as of the end of the current month. Until then you can keep using TOOR.

6. Your data

The data you put in TOOR remains yours. We only process it to make TOOR work, under the data processing agreement. Each organisation only sees its own data. When your subscription ends you can export all your data; we then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.

7. AI

Toor Chat and the other AI features make proposals. Nothing goes to your customers without your approval. You remain responsible for what you approve.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep TOOR available at all times. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue. This does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.

10. Changes

If we change these terms or the prices, we tell you at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

11. Law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the court of Rotterdam.
